If you run out of the Free minutes then you can top up your account balance and continue calling or wait until your new billing cycle starts. At the beginning of the new billing period, your free minutes will be added automatically.
You can make calls on mobiles and landlines to any country around the world. If you make a call to a country that is not included to our 50+ list then you’ll need to have a positive balance on your account.
If you have funds on your account balance they will remain on your account until your service is active. If you have remaining unused free minutes at the end of the billing cycle then they won’t be transferred to the next period.
The Credit limit displays actual funds on your account balance for calling on mobiles and landlines around the world. These funds use for calling countries that aren’t included to 50+ country list or if your account out of free minutes.
You can Top Up the account balance at any time in the T-One App on the “Account” screen. Click on the “Credit limit” button then select an amount and click on “OK”. Within 5 minutes you’ll get an invoice on your registered email. As soon as the invoice is paid your balance will be updated immediately.
You can change your package for free on the “Account” screen by clicking on the “Free minutes” button. However, you need to make it before an invoice for your current plan is generated otherwise the changes will apply on your next billing cycle only. Please note if you make changes during the billing cycle then prorated charge and proportional minutes will be applied.
